The purpose of Cub Scouting is to develop a cubs character, train them to be a good citizen, and encourage them to become more fit-physically,mentally, and morally.
Cub Scouting is a year-round, family-oriented part of the Boy Scouts ofAmerica program designed for boys and girls who are entering Kindergarten through fifth gradesor are 7-10yrs of age. Parents, leaders and organizations work togetherto acheive the 10 purposes of Cub Scouting:
